Job Summary:
The ISR/Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new
business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall
growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition and
lead generation, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels,
- including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing strategies.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present our
- product offerings, and convert leads into customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring
- high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the
- competitive landscape.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation, client
- interactions, and sales progress, using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Desired Skills:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
