We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive sales of our interactive panels in
their designated region. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies to exceed revenue targets,
fostering relationships with Channel Partners/Distributors and key decision-makers in education, and
corporate sectors, and leading a team to achieve goals. The role entails market analysis, competitor
research, and optimizing sales processes. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, a
successful sales track record, and deep knowledge of interactive panel technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for interactive
panels within the assigned region.
• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Provide Interactive Panel Demonstrations to Clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential
clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Partners/Distributors
from AV industry, educational institutions and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and
developments.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches, promotional
activities, and market positioning.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance evaluations to senior
management.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in interactive panel technology and provide training
to sales teams as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand
awareness and expand the customer base.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, B. Tech, Marketing, or related field (MBA
preferred).
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology or education
sector.
• Strong understanding of interactive panel technology and its applications in various
industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer
service.
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, coach, and mentor team members.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
