We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Sales person to join our organization. The
responsibilities of the VP of sales include overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major
clients, writing sales reports, designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products
and services.
To be successful as a Salesperson, you should have good leadership skills and the ability to drive
company success. Ultimately, a top-notch VP of sales should have an in-depth knowledge of the
market and competitive products and have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and
communication skills.
Responsibilities:
You will lead a team of professionals to meet the company’s customer acquisition & growth
objectives. You will be responsible for
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve
targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and capitalize on market opportunities to expand our
customer base and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyse sales data and trends to formulate effective strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive
efforts across the organization.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
• Retain and expand sales opportunities to produce substantial growth in revenue through the
sales team located across India.
• As a leader identify process and people problems and create a framework to solve them.
Desired Skills:
• Proven experience in a Senior Leadership Role, not less than 5-6 years, preferably within the
IT industry, and have an existing network or relationships in the target geographies.
• Experience in establishing recurring, long-term revenue streams would be an added advantage
• You have successfully built, scaled, and led high-performing sales teams.
• You are a team player that thrives in helping others succeed.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and estimation techniques, for both
qualitative and quantitative research
• Strong understanding of interactive flat panels or related technology solutions.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA
preferred.
